We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours will be completely accurate. All products are subject to availability.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.

All prices are displayed in GBP (ÂŁ) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

6.1 Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Perishable or opened liquid products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty

6.2 Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hq@oceanicorganic.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Not ingesting the product
